The short version

Everything on one screen.

What it is
We start conversations with employers who are hiring for the roles you fill. Every email goes out from inboxes in your agency's name.
Who it's for
Australian recruitment and staffing agencies with a clear niche, and someone who can call back interested employers the same day.
What you get
5 domains and 15 inboxes set up and warmed up for you, the employer lists, the emails, every reply handled, and every interested employer sent straight to your team.
What you do
Approve the employers and the emails. Call back the interested ones. Tell us what turned into work.
The guarantee
20 interested employers in your first 90 days of sending, or we keep your campaign running free until you get there.
Commitment
Three months to start, because that's how long it takes to do properly. Then month to month.
Next step
A short application, then a planning call. We'll show you how many employers are hiring for your roles right now.

Sound familiar?

When roles are live, BD is the first thing to slip.

You know business development matters. But when you've got live roles, the calls you meant to make get pushed to next week. Then the roles fill, and the pipeline's empty.

Cold calling eats hours your team doesn't have. A BDM costs a full salary and months to ramp up. Referrals are great, but you can't turn them on when you need them.

What you need is a steady flow of employers putting their hand up, without your team doing the outreach.

BD done in the gaps versus BD that runs every weekdayA dashed line for BD done in the gaps drops close to zero in the months when roles are live. A solid line for CLCK running every weekday ramps up in the first two months, then stays steady all year. Roles are live. BD stops. JFMAMJJASOND

How it works

Employers hiring for your roles, replying to you.

You pick the niche. We do the finding, writing and sending. You take the calls.

  1. Agree your niche

The roles you fill, the employers you want more of, where they are, and who to leave out.

  2. Find the employers

Two lists: employers advertising for your roles right now, and employers that fit your niche without an ad up. Then the person who makes the hiring call.

  3. Send in your name

5 domains and 15 inboxes set up in your agency's name and warmed up. Three short emails to each employer. Your main domain never sends a cold email.

  4. You get the interested ones

We read every reply and handle the out-of-offices and "not nows". When an employer wants to talk, you get an alert straight away.

How the campaign worksYour market of employers is sorted down to the ones hiring for your roles. Those employers get emails from 15 inboxes in your agency's name. The ones who want to talk are sent to your team. Employers in your market HIRING FOR YOUR ROLES Hiring now + right fit 15 INBOXES IN YOUR AGENCY'S NAME 3 short emails each INTERESTED TO YOUR TEAM Alert sent straight away

RE: VET staffing and consultancy?

Keen to touch base on some role vacancies we could use some assistance with. We have a few trainer roles open across the state that we are having some trouble finding suitable candidates for. Are you free today or tomorrow to chat?

Is this for you?

A quick fit check.

This fits if

  • You run an Australian recruitment or staffing agency with a clear niche.
  • You want more employer clients to recruit for.
  • Someone on your team can call back an interested employer the same day.

It doesn't fit if

  • You want a spreadsheet of names to call yourself.
  • Nobody can follow up on interest quickly.
  • You need guaranteed placements. We guarantee interested employers. Your team wins the work.

Questions

What recruiters usually ask.

Will this hurt our domain?

Your main domain never sends a cold email. We set up separate domains and inboxes in your agency's name and check them every day. Nobody honest will tell you the risk is zero, because the email providers control the filters.

How soon will we see replies?

Onboarding, sign-off and warm-up take about two weeks. We start sending slowly before then and ramp up, so early replies often land in the first month. I can't promise yours will, which is why the guarantee runs for 90 days.

Do you book meetings for us?

By default, we send every interested employer straight to your team and you take it from there. You own the relationship. If you'd like us to reply with your booking link, or help more with booking, ask on the call.

What does it cost?

It depends on your market and scope, and you'll get the price on the planning call. No second meeting just to hear a number. For most agencies, one placement at their average fee covers the first three months.

How long are we committed for?

Three months to start. That's how long it takes to warm up, test and learn something reliable. After that it's month to month.

What do you need from us?

An onboarding call, sign-off on the employers and emails, fast follow-up on interested replies, and feedback on what turned into work. Without that feedback we're guessing.

Do we need a CRM?

No. We've been HubSpot partners for more than ten years, so we can fit into the system you use, but you don't need one.

My side of the call

If I don't think this will work in your market, I'll tell you on the call and we'll stop there. You'll find out before committing months and a lot more money.
